Welcome! I help preteens and teens navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, ADHD, bullying, self-harm, low self-esteem, and emotional regulation. I offer a safe, judgment-free space where young people feel heard and supported. Using a compassionate, collaborative approach, I help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and grow into their strengths. I'm here to listen and guide your child toward healing and confidence. I help kids and teens work through tough stuff like anxiety, low self-esteem, ADHD, or feeling overwhelmed. In a safe, relaxed space, we talk things out, build coping tools, and find what helps them feel more confident, calm, and in control. I'm here to support them every step of the way. Growing up isn’t easy, and your child doesn’t have to face it alone. I offer a safe, caring space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported.
